  1. Same design as AirPods. It's like someone at both companies decided there would be a new Master Race: those whose ears comfortably fit this design. It was the dumbest decision ever, but because Apple did it first, everyone jerked each other off over it and said how amazing it was...Hard plastic sitting so deep in you ear with no way to add comfort? Epic fail. You should just return them, it will never get better and will only ever be uncomfortable.
